I loved obliging staff, handy location. The atmosphere created here was quiet.

Clean hotel, welcoming staff & brilliant location near almost everything travelers' need. Practical room and helpful communication with the staff.

This place was silent and had fine rooms and staff, I liked it. And it was practical and had a soft bed. Near a bus stop, nice lovely area.

Its staff and location were good. We got an appropriate room with comfy beds.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was spotless and cosy, liked the comfy beds.

I couldn't recommend more it for those visiting Lucerne, a nice stay

Personnel was pleasant enough as expected. Spotless and magical hotel in Old Town district. Plus, it was just next door to supermarket, the lake of lucerne and the main railway station. Staying here for overnight stay was wonderful, totally recommendable.

I came here for 7 nights and had an enjoyable stay. I loved the absolutely nice staff and LIGHT breakfasts. I had standard queen room which was soundproof, comfortable bed. Ideal location, a short walk to Hertenstein street. Automated check-in was a bonus. Furthermore, free WiFi provided throughout the property was appreciated.

It deserves its 3 stars. Quiet hotel with great staff and nice location. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Lapin. It was very handy to have refrigerator and glassware in the room.

The bed was too soft here.

Its location is GOOD. A bus stop was located near the venue.

in front of lion monument, 15 minutes' walk to lucerne train station. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like old swiss house that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
